1.1. Nubilo is operated by [FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole trader trading as Nubilo. Business address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Website: https://www.nubilo.co.uk.
1.2. These Terms apply to consumers and service providers using Nubilo’s directory, communications, property and business management tools. Business users must also comply with the Service Provider Terms. All users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy and Cookie Policies explain how information is processed.
1.3. By registering or using the Platform where these Terms are presented, you agree to them. Users must be at least 18 to register.
2.1. Nubilo helps consumers discover independent providers, send enquiries, communicate and manage property information. Business tools may include customer records, appointments, projects, invoices, messaging, marketing and listings.
2.2. Nubilo does not itself perform, supervise or guarantee domestic services advertised by independent providers. Providers are not Nubilo employees, agents or subcontractors. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee of qualifications, insurance, reliability or suitability.
3.1. Contracts for work, including price, scope, timing, cancellation, refunds and warranties, are made directly between the consumer and independent provider. Nubilo is not a party to those contracts.
3.2. All payments for those services are made directly between the consumer and provider; Nubilo does not collect, hold or transfer such payments. Invoice and payment-record tools do not make Nubilo the supplier or payee.
3.3. Complaints about work, damage, refunds or missed appointments should ordinarily be raised with the provider. Nubilo may investigate platform misuse or restrict accounts without assuming responsibility for the underlying contract. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
4.1. Provide accurate registration details and keep them updated. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent authority to act for a business.
4.2. Protect credentials, limit account access to authorised people and report suspected compromise promptly. Nubilo may require reasonable verification for sensitive changes.
5.1. Consumers should independently assess a provider’s suitability, relevant qualifications, insurance, references and contractual terms before engaging them.
5.2. Provide accurate enquiries and do not make fraudulent requests, abuse providers or misuse their personal information. Property and maintenance tools are organisational aids, not professional safety, legal or technical advice.
6.1. Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights relating to listings, photographs, reviews, messages, documents and other submitted content.
6.2. Users retain ownership but grant Nubilo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, transmit and technically process content as reasonably needed to operate the Platform, subject to settings and applicable law.
6.3. Nubilo may moderate or remove content under the Acceptable Use Policy. Messages are not continuously monitored and Nubilo is not an emergency response service.
7.1. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, impersonate, spam, upload unlawful or inappropriate imagery, distribute malware, scrape protected data or compromise the Platform.
7.2. Nubilo may investigate and impose proportionate restrictions or termination for misuse, subject to applicable law.
8.1. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change for legitimate technical, legal, security or operational reasons.
8.2. Material adverse changes to paid services will be notified, with remedies required by law. Retain independent copies of important records.
9.1. Nubilo branding, original content, software and design belong to Nubilo or licensors. Users receive limited, non-transferable permission for intended use, subject to statutory rights.
10.1. Users may request account closure subject to outstanding obligations and lawful retention. Nubilo may restrict or terminate accounts for material breach, fraud, serious abuse, legal or security risk.
10.2. Immediate action may be taken to prevent harm or preserve evidence; otherwise notice and an opportunity to remedy will ordinarily be given where appropriate. Account closure does not automatically erase records subject to legal retention or data protection rights.
11.1. Nubilo remains responsible for its own contractual and legal duties, but is not responsible merely because independent parties enter a service contract through the Platform. It does not guarantee third-party work or outcomes.
11.2. For business users, exclusions of indirect commercial loss apply only to the extent lawful and reasonable. Any financial cap on business subscription liability requires separate legal review.
11.3. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, mandatory data protection obligations or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain their statutory rights.
12.1. Nubilo processes information under its Privacy Policy and applicable UK law. Users must not misuse other people’s data. Providers may be independent controllers for customer records.
13.1. Platform issues, moderation and misuse reports can be sent to [SUPPORT EMAIL OR REPORTING CHANNEL]. Disputes about work should ordinarily be addressed to the provider. Nubilo does not guarantee mediation or compensation.
14.1. Material changes to these Terms will be notified where required and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
14.2. The laws of England and Wales apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in other UK jurisdictions.
15.1. Operator: [FULL LEGAL NAME], trading as Nubilo. Address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Email: [CONTACT EMAIL].
1.1. These Terms apply to businesses and their authorised representatives using Nubilo and supplement the Platform Terms. Registrants confirm authority to act for the business.
1.2. Providers are independent, not employees, agents, partners or subcontractors of Nubilo, and must not imply endorsement or accreditation unless expressly authorised.
2.1. Maintain accurate business names, contacts, areas, services, prices, availability and imagery. Hold rights to all content. Never fabricate reviews, qualifications, insurance, experience or completed work.
2.2. Nubilo may correct, hide or remove misleading, unlawful or unsafe information. Nubilo does not guarantee enquiries, customers, impressions, revenue or ranking. Unclaimed previews are provisional and not verified endorsements.
3.1. Providers are responsible for work performed by themselves, employees and subcontractors; legal qualifications, licences, insurance, tax, health and safety, consumer law and advertising compliance.
3.2. Provide legally required pre-contract information and honour applicable cancellation, refund and remedy rights. Providers alone are responsible for quotes, work quality, warranties, complaints and property damage.
4.1. Nubilo’s administrative tools do not make Nubilo responsible for accepting, scheduling or performing work. Communicate accurately and promptly; do not fabricate bookings or customer records.
5.1. Providers must issue accurate lawful invoices, including required VAT and tax details. Customers pay providers directly; Nubilo does not collect or hold service payments, guarantee invoices or pursue customer debts.
6.1. Providers must have lawful bases to collect and use customer information, provide their own privacy notices where required, restrict access and promptly revoke former staff permissions.
6.2. Do not sell, harvest or repurpose customer details for unrelated marketing without lawful authority. Report security incidents affecting Nubilo promptly.
6.3. For some functions providers and Nubilo may be separate controllers; for others Nubilo may act as processor. An appropriate Article 28 data processing agreement is required where applicable, before such processing.
7.1. Providers must manage authorised team access and ensure their representatives comply with these Terms. Do not improperly share credentials.
8.1. Use messaging for legitimate customer-provider communications. No harassment, spam or deception. Follow applicable direct-marketing and electronic communications law.
8.2. Providers must review content, including AI-assisted drafts, for truthfulness, intellectual property rights and compliance before publication; do not fabricate testimonials or customer experiences. Observe connected social platform rules.
9.1. Free listings and optional paid plans have features and usage limits disclosed at registration or checkout. Paid subscription fees to Nubilo are separate from payments for provider services.
9.2. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewals and cancellation arrangements must be disclosed before purchase. Paid plans may renew until cancelled under those terms. Upgrades may take effect immediately with disclosed prorating; downgrades or cancellations may take effect at period end where clearly disclosed.
9.3. Payment failures may result in notice and reasonable restriction of paid features. Material price or feature changes require appropriate notice and statutory remedies. No undisclosed cancellation fees or removal of mandatory refund rights.
10.1. Providers should retain independent copies of business-critical records. Plan limits may restrict storage and usage. Access and export following cancellation will follow applicable law, contract and published arrangements.
11.1. Nubilo may suspend or remove listings for material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, serious safety risk or data misuse. Warnings or corrective steps will ordinarily be offered when appropriate; urgent risks may require immediate action.
11.2. Prepaid fees and mandatory remedies will be handled fairly and according to law.
12.1. Providers are responsible for claims relating to services they independently supply. Nubilo does not guarantee customer payments, revenue or attendance.
12.2. To the extent legally recoverable, providers agree to reimburse reasonable, evidenced losses directly resulting from their unlawful conduct, material breach or third-party rights infringement, excluding loss caused by Nubilo’s own fault. Nubilo must mitigate its losses.
12.3. Any overall business subscription liability cap must be separately determined and legally reviewed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.1. Providers must handle consumer complaints about their work. Platform and moderation complaints may be sent to [BUSINESS SUPPORT CONTACT].
13.2. Providers may terminate under disclosed cancellation arrangements. Accrued payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and lawful retention obligations survive as necessary. England and Wales law applies, subject to mandatory law.
1.1. This Policy applies to visitors, consumers, providers and team members, and covers listings, profiles, images, reviews, messages, enquiries, marketing and documents.
2.1. No threats, stalking, harassment, intimidation, bullying, coercion, sexual harassment, discriminatory abuse, hate, targeted degrading language, unwanted repeated contact, doxxing or encouragement of unlawful violence.
2.2. Context matters: legitimate criticism, disagreement and genuine complaints are not prohibited merely because they are unwelcome.
3.1. Do not upload child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, unlawful sexual material, hateful imagery, content intended to harass or exploit, malicious attachments, infringing content or misleading photographs of completed work.
3.2. Graphic violent or sexually explicit material may be restricted when unsuitable for a professional, family-oriented platform, even if lawful, subject to fair and consistent moderation. Obtain required permissions before posting identifiable people or private property.
4.1. No fake listings, impersonation, fabricated reviews, false licences or insurance, fraudulent enquiries or invoices, misleading prices, phishing, scams or manipulation of rankings and statistics.
5.1. No bulk unsolicited messaging, repetitive promotional enquiries, scraping of contact details or unauthorised marketing. Comply with UK electronic marketing and privacy rules.
6.1. Do not access, disclose, sell or exploit personal data without authority and a lawful basis. Do not reveal confidential messages, addresses, access instructions or security details without lawful justification.
7.1. No unauthorised hacking, credential theft, penetration testing, bypassing access controls, malware, excessive automated requests, protected-data scraping or disruption of services. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to [SECURITY EMAIL].
8.1. Reviews must be genuine and lawful. No fabricated testimonials, competitor manipulation or undisclosed incentives for misleading reviews. Legitimate negative feedback is permitted and will not be removed solely for being unfavourable.
9.1. Report suspected breaches via [REPORT CONTENT LINK OR EMAIL], identifying the content and explaining the concern. Nubilo may investigate, preserve lawful evidence and refer criminal matters to authorities where appropriate. Do not submit knowingly false reports.
10.1. Depending on severity and context, Nubilo may warn, request corrections, restrict visibility, remove content, limit messaging, suspend or terminate accounts and report unlawful conduct.
10.2. Urgent legal, security or safety risks may require immediate action. Where appropriate, affected users will receive an explanation and an opportunity to request review at [MODERATION CONTACT]. Evidence may be retained where lawful.
11.1. This Policy does not replace any statutory Online Safety Act duties, risk assessments or complaints mechanisms that apply to Nubilo. Updates may be made for new risks or legal requirements with notice where appropriate.
