Search, help and create invoice buttons make it simple to get started with invoicing your customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Overview Stats<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Check the overview stats to see how many invoices you have in progress, saved, pending and overdue. \u00a0These stats make it easy to check the status of your payments and quickly identify late payments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Saved for Later<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In the \u201cSaved for Later\u201d Section you can view a list of Invoices that have been created, but not yet sent to the customer. When a new invoice is created, you have the option to \u201cSave\u201d, which stores the invoice so you can work on it later.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>In Progress<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Once an invoice has been created and sent to a customer it is listed in the \u201cIn Progress\u201d section.\u00a0 Invoices are show as \u201cIn Progress\u201d until they have either been marked as \u201cPaid\u201d automatically through a \u201cPayPal\u201d transaction or manually using one of the \u201cPaid\u201d buttons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Table View<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>By default, invoices are shown in a slider format and touch screen format so that you can touch a slide to reveal action buttons and features when using a mobile device or tablet.\u00a0 Sometimes users may wish to look at the data to find certain information or export the data to a spreadsheet for analysis.\u00a0 In order to make this simple, click the \u201cTable View\u201d link to view the data in\u00a0 a dynamic table with search and filter options to help you manipulate the data easily.\u00a0 From here you can also export in a range of formats and print.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Invoice Customisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Click on the \u201cCustomise Invoices\u201d link to reveal of set of option for customising the format of your invoices, payment options, Email delivery message templates and reports.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-398\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nubilo.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Invoice-Manager.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1531\" height=\"547\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Invoicing Templates<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nubilo automatically provides you with a default template that you can customise, or you can create your own.\u00a0 Templates are used to layout your Invoices and ensure you have all your payment information and company branding saved and ready to use.<\/p>\n<p>Customise your Invoices by adding your company branding and payment information to your Invoice template.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nubilo.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Manage-Invoice-templates.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1514\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can create any number of templates to suite your business and your customers.<\/p>\n<p>All payment information is stored in encrypted formats to keep your data safe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Customise Emails containing your invoices<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Invoices are sent to customers via a link in an email.\u00a0 So the easiest way to send a customer an invoice is to make sure their email address is configured in their customer information, and when you \u201cSend\u201d the invoice the customer will receive an email containing a link to the online invoice.\u00a0 From there they will be able to pay.<\/p>\n<p>Emails are sent using a default template.
