{"id":502,"date":"2021-03-31T20:40:05","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T20:40:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nubilo.co.uk\/blog\/?page_id=502"},"modified":"2025-01-13T16:29:15","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T16:29:15","slug":"managing-images","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nubilo.co.uk\/blog\/my-home\/managing-images\/","title":{"rendered":"Managing Images"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Images are an important feature of Nubilo.\u00a0 Whether you want to store images of your home and assets and garden, or whether you have a large enterprise with multiple services, you will most likely want to store some fantastic images to use.<\/p>\n<p>Images are managed in the \u201cManage Your Images\u201d page, which you can navigate to from the top right pull down navigation menu. \u00a0\u00a0Its in the very top right of the dashboards.<\/p>\n<p>Each of your images is displayed with some management options so you know how often this image has been used and whether you have shared it for use with your business.<\/p>\n<p>Features of the \u201cManage your Images\u201d page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Image Upload<\/li>\n<li>Your Images<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Image Upload<\/h2>\n<p>To upload a new image to your repository, click the \u201cChoose Files\u201d button and select the image from your local device.\u00a0\u00a0 Images are uploaded and added to your image catalogue.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Images<\/h2>\n<p>Images are displayed in order of their upload, with the most recently uploaded displayed at the top.<\/p>\n<p>Each image has descriptive information that describes the format, size and data of upload.<\/p>\n<p>The number of times this image has been used is displayed.\u00a0 Note that images that are in use can\u2019t be deleted.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to use any of these images for your business pages, then you need to \u201cShare\u201d this image with your business by clicking the \u201cShare\u201d button.\u00a0\u00a0 The reason for this is that you may not wish to share your personal images with your business, especially if you have a team, so you can select which of your images are visible to your business.\u00a0 When other members of your business select images from the catalogue, they will be able to see the shared images and include them in business pages, marketing, and services.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Images are an important feature of Nubilo.\u00a0 Whether you want to store images of your home and assets and garden, or whether you have a large enterprise with multiple services, you will most likely want to store some fantastic images to use.
