{"id":47,"date":"2017-09-26T15:01:36","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T15:01:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.129\/help\/?page_id=47"},"modified":"2025-01-13T15:57:27","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T15:57:27","slug":"my-business","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nubilo.co.uk\/blog\/my-business\/","title":{"rendered":"My Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to the Nubilo Business Dashboard.\u00a0 The Business Dashboard is the place to develop your business, organise your customers, manage your jobs and service requests and grow your business into a successful enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Features of the Business Dashboard:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic and Detailed Views<\/li>\n<li>Customisable Statistics<\/li>\n<li>Approaching Opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ads and Service Performance Stats<\/li>\n<li>Your Services<\/li>\n<li>Your Ads<\/li>\n<li>Feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Basic and Detailed Views<\/h2>\n<p>Switch between Basic and Detailed view to change the level of complexity of the Business dashboard and options.<\/p>\n<p>Start with a Basic view and as you become more familiar with the tools you can switch on the Detailed view to give more options.<\/p>\n<p>You can switch between Basic and Detail views by selecting the \u201cChange Views\u201d button at the top of the Business Dashboard and toggling between views.<\/p>\n<h2>Customisable Stats<\/h2>\n<p>Get the most out of your business by making sure you have the right view that helps you visualise your targets and keep the focus on your customers.<\/p>\n<p>With the Customisable stats you can select different statistical views of your business performance, so you decide what best fits your business.<\/p>\n<p>Select from a range of stats including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales Charts<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Charts<\/li>\n<li>Consumption Charts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can configure your chosen charts by selecting the \u201cChange Views\u201d button at the top of the Business Dashboard and selecting or deselecting the charts from the list.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Approaching Opportunities<\/h2>\n<p>The Approaching Opportunities section of the Business Dashboard is a summary of all the approaching Schedules, Assets, Jobs and Requests that are due within the next 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>With Approaching Opportunities, you can ensure that you have a view of all approaching customer activities, so you don\u2019t miss an approaching piece of work and disappoint your customers.<\/p>\n<p>Each opportunity is shown with an information box with basic information about that event. Click on the box to go to the details page for that item and view all the information about it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ads and Service Performance Stats<\/h2>\n<p>Once you have Advertisements and Services configured, you will see statistics on the number of impressions and clicks on your Ads and Services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Your Services<\/h2>\n<p>The \u201cYour Services\u201d Section of the Business Dashboard is your place for creating and managing a bespoke list of business services.<\/p>\n<p>To get the most out of Nubilo, it\u2019s important that you create at least one Service, so that we can present your business to potential customers.
