Its easy to mange your property with the Nubilo Property Manager.\u00a0 \u00a0When you add your property, we will give you a dedicate property management page that allows you to easily manage your home assets and create maintenance schedules.<\/p>\n
A home Asset is something in your property that you want to manage.\u00a0 This could be a Boiler, Oven, Fireplace or an item in your home that you want to identify and manage.<\/p>\n
Features of the Manage Property page:<\/p>\n
This section shows the address and location of your property, including a marker in google maps and you can also upload an image of your property too.<\/p>\n
Click on the information button to show the details of your property, including; property type and construction, year of build, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and more\u2026\u00a0 Your chosen value for this property is also shown in this screen.<\/p>\n
To make changes to your property details, click the Edit button.<\/p>\n
If you have yet to add your property, or you want to add a second property, check out the Add property page.<\/p>\n

To help get you started with the most common Assets and Schedules, we have created \u201cQuick Setup\u201d buttons.<\/p>\n
Window Cleaning Schedule \u2013 Clicking the \u201c+ Window Cleaning\u201d button creates a monthly schedule for a local window cleaner to attend and clean your windows,\u00a0\u00a0 You are not committed to anything, its just a schedule at this stage, outlining your requirement to have a window cleaner attend regularly.\u00a0 You can define what frequency you would want your windows cleaned from a range of options. \u00a0We recommend \u201cMonthly\u201d for window cleaning.<\/p>\n
Boiler Servicing \u2013 Clicking the \u201c+ Boiler\u201d button creates a Boiler Asset, and you can define how frequently you want it serviced, We recommend \u201cAnnually\u201d for a Boiler service.<\/p>\n
Home Insurance – Clicking the \u201c+ Policy\u201d Button allows you to define your current home insurance policy information. You can set reminder for renewals and track costs. \u00a0\u00a0Soon you will be able to order and renew policies here too.<\/p>\n

Assets can be anything in your home that is worth tracking.\u00a0\u00a0 Examples of assets are; Boiler, Oven, Fireplace, Electrical systems, Appliances.\u00a0 Anything you would want to service, maintain and potentially track.<\/p>\n
The advantage to defining an asset, is that you can link an asset to a service provider and they can manage it for you. \u00a0For example, you can create a boiler as an asset, then link to a local heating engineer as your service provider.\u00a0 Your asset can then be managed by your supplier and you can share information about your servicing needs and any past and future maintenance.<\/p>\n
To create an Asset,\u00a0 click on the \u201cAdd Asset\u201d button and complete the simple steps.\u00a0 Once created all the details of the asset can be easily updated or refined.<\/p>\n
Your Assets are listed, showing their next due maintenance dates, image and basic information, and if they are linked to a supplier, then this is shown with a link icon.<\/p>\n
Click on the Asset to go to the Asset Detail page and view all the available information about this asset. There you can manage the maintenance schedule, review the maintenance history, link to a service provider, and request any servicing.<\/p>\n

Schedules are the best way to manage a regular or indeed irregular maintenance schedule for your home.\u00a0 Schedules are used for maintenance tasks when there is no specific asset, so they can be used for tasks like Window Cleaning, Gardening and Cleaning.<\/p>\n
To create a Schedule, click on the \u201cAdd Schedule\u201d button and complete the simple steps. Once created all the details of the schedule can be \u00a0easily updated and refined.<\/p>\n
Your Schedules are listed, showing their next due maintenance dates, some basic information, and if they are linked to a supplier, then this is shown with a link icon.<\/p>\n
Click on the Schedule to go to the Schedule Detail page and view all the available information about this schedule.\u00a0 There you can manage the schedule, review the history, link to a service provider and request a service.<\/p>\n

The Insurance Policy section of the \u201cManage Property\u201d page gives you a place to define and track you home insurance policy. \u00a0\u00a0Keep track of your policy details and set a reminder to check the market and renew your policy.<\/p>\n
This section includes details of your Policy Type, Provider, Level of Cover, Excess, Single Item Limit, Start, End Date and Policy Cost.<\/p>\n
Click the \u201cEdit Policy\u201d button to review and update the details of your policy.<\/p>\n
Note that this function currently is only there to help you keep track of your policy, and adding details into this sections does not provide you with cover.<\/p>\n
Toggle reminders on and off, and set how soon before your renewal you wish to be notified.<\/p>\n
Every Asset, Schedule and Policy ca be added to your dashboard for quick reference and visibility.\u00a0 Toggle this button to make this element feature on your dashboard.<\/p>\n
Currently we don\u2019t offer insurance policies, but this is coming soon. We plan to be able to provide a range of competitive options with a single click.<\/p>\n
