Property schedules can be setup for any recurring activity that you want to track. A Schedule would normally be an activity that doesn’t relate to a specific asset in your property, but you still want to track when it needs to happen and potentially find a service provider to carry out the activity for you.
To create an Schedule, first make sure you have registered your property.
Adding a Property Schedule is very simple, and you don’t need much information to begin, you can always add more information later.
Click on the “Add Schedule” Button and complete the simple form with some information about your Schedule. You can update any part of this information later, so don’t panic if you don’t know some of the details. Once you have added a few key pieces of information, Click the “Crete Schedule” button at the bottom of the form.
Once created, you will be automatically redirected to the Schedule Detail page, where you can begin to manage your Schedule and request and track maintenance.
