Schedules can be setup for any recurring activity that you want to track. A Schedule would normally be an activity that doesn’t relate to a specific asset in your property, but you still want to track when it needs to happen and potentially find a service provider to carry out the activity for you.
Examples of Schedules are; Window Cleaning and other home cleaning such as desk or patio, Electrical maintenance checks and Garden Services, such as Lawn cutting or hedge trimming.
The advantage to defining an schedule, is that you can link a schedule to a service provider and they can manage it for you. For example, you can create a schedule for Window cleaning, define the desired frequency, then link to a local window cleaner as your service provider who will be notified of your desire for them to clean your windows. You will then be able to communicate with them about price and timings through the messenger. You can also click the request service button to instigate a communication with your linked supplier about a specific service need.
To create an Schedule, click on the “Add Schedule” button on the manage property page.
