A “Service Request” is a one-off shout out to a Service Provider to request some home servicing. It’s a way of opening the conversation and is the perfect way of getting started with some new regular maintenance or one-off projects.
Raising a Service Request is possible once you have an Asset or Schedule with a linked Service Provider, To do this you need to have complete these steps
- Register your property
- Create an Asset ( or a Schedule )
- Link the Asset ( or Schedule ) to a Service Provider
- Click on the “Request Service” Button
Clicking the “Request Service” button takes you to the new Service Request page, where you can check who you are making the request to, and customise your message.
The whole point of making a “Service Request” is to give you a quick way of reaching out to your Service Provider to let them know you want their Services. You can then continue to message them about what you want doing until you have arranged the task in full.
