Simplify your communications with Service Providers using Nubilo Messages.
Nubilo Messages is a simple messaging system that allows you to chat with your local Service Providers. Using Nubilo Messages alongside Assets and Schedules helps to keep all your information in one place and makes it easy to refer to communications relating to your property. You can also use Nubilo messages to keep your information private, if you don’t want to give out your phone number of email address.
To protect you from “SPAM”, “Sales” and “Cold Callers”, Service Providers cannot contact you through Nubilo Messages unless you add them to your favourites, link them to an Asset or Schedule, or unless you message them first.

Messages Quick Bar
The Messages Quick bar can be found at the top right of very page. A graphic shows the number of new messages and, when clicked, a pull down list shows your new and recent messages.
Click on any of the messages to open, or click on the “See All Messages > ” button to proceed to the Message Centre.
Message Centre
The Message Centre is a hub for all you messages, Any message relating to an Asset, Service request or just a simple message can be found here.
By default., messages are shown in descending order with the most recent at the top. Also by default, messages are grouped into thread, so that all replies are grouped together to make a conversation.
Group/Ungroup Messages
Messages can be shown in a conversation ( grouped ), which is the default in the Message Centre, or they can be ungrouped into basic order by date and time, with the most recent at the top.
Sometimes is useful to be able to ungroup messages to see what was said, and exactly when, but most of the time its easiest to see messages as a conversation, so this is the default.
To ungroup messages, click the “ungroup threads” filter option located below the title.
Filters
At the top of each message in the Message Centre are symbols for the Service Provider and the Nubilo Users involved in the conversation. Clicking on any of these will apply a filter to only show message that have that Service Provider or User.
When a filter is applied, a “Remove Filter” option is available under the page title.
New Messages
New Messages are shown in the quick bar
New Messages can be sent from various places on the Nubilo Platform. Each Service Provider’s business page, or services page, Customer Portal and the Message Centre.
To create a new message in the Message Centre, choose the recipient Service Providers, define a title and content to your message, then click “Send”.
Only Businesses that you have as Favorites will show as recipients in the Message Centre.
Reply to Messages
Any Message that you receive through Nubilo Messages can be replied to. When you receive a message, if you click on the message to open it, you are then able to send a reply.
At the top of the message page is a text box and Reply button where you can add your response and submit by clicking the Reply button.
Your Messages
Nubilo Messages enables you to receive messages from all your preferred Service Providers and is a great way to consolidate all the communications related to your home Assets and Schedules.
As a consumer, Nubilo Messages shows all your messages in the “Your Messages” view of the Message Centre. If you have a Business registered with Nubilo, then your Business Messages are shown under the “Business Messages” View of the Message Centre.
Business Messages
Nubilo Messages enables your business to simplify its communications to any customer.

Sending a Message to a Customer
To send a new message to a customer, you will find a new message box at the top of the Busines Messages View of the Message Centre.
Choose a recipient from a list of available customers. Note that you can only send a new message to a someone that either has your business as a “Favorite” or has your business Linked to one of their “Assets” or “Schedules”.
Replying to a Message from a Customer
New or replied messaged to your business from customers appear in your New messages pull down in the top right quick bar.
Click on a message to view it, and a text box and “Reply” button are located at the top.
Link Your Customer Assets and Communications
Linking together information about your customers with Customer Communications is an important part of providing a great service, so we have made it simple to view customer data when sending and receiving messages to save you time looking through files and trying to remember details.
Each Customer message has a link to your Customer Dashboard, where you can see all the relevant information about this Customer including their approaching requirements, transaction and payment history.
Sharing a Customer Portal
One you have linked a Customer to a Nubilo User, you can share a Personalised Customer Portal with your Customer. The Customer Portal provides a single view of your transaction history and communications and makes it easy for your Customers to reorder your services.
