Service Requests
A “Service Request” is a one off shout out to a Service Provider to request some home servicing. It’s a way of opening the conversation and is the perfect way of getting started with some new regular maintenance or one-off projects.

Invoices
Invoices are sent by Service Providers to customers. You don’t need to be a Nubilo user to receive and pay an invoice with Nubilo, but if you are, then you can view all your historical invoices and track your payments more easily.

Jobs
Jobs are setup by Service Providers to track their work. A Service provider can share a Job with you if they choose. You can then see useful information about the job to help you track progress.
Jobs are a really good way of helping manage customer communications and keep customers updated, which reduces the need for unnecessary frustration and confusion. Ask your Service Provider to setup a Job next time you are having some work done so you can be constantly up to date.

Messages
With Nubilo message you can talk securely to your Service Provider and messages can be responded to by their team, so you get a more consistent level of service. Messages are grouped together in threads to keep the conversation relevant.
