Welcome to the Customer Portal from Nubilo. The Customer Portal is a great way to manage your service providers and see all your previous and current Requests, Job, Invoices and Messages through a single pane of glass.
A service provider can issue you with a Customer Portal once they have registered you as a customer. If you have a Service provider who has not issued you with a customer portal you can request one by adding their business to your Favorites, and clicking the “Request Portal” button in your list of Favorite Businesses.

Summary Statistics
The first thing you will see on the Customer Portal page is a series of charts that describe some useful statistics about your service providers. Expenditure, Invoices, Requests and Jobs are summarised to indicate how much you have spent, and what actions you may have to complete soon.
My Customer Portals
Your available customer portals are presented as a series of tiles with your Service Providers business name and Logo.
Click on the tile to go to this Service Providers Portal and see more information.
My Service Requests
You can have many open service requests with a number of Service Providers. All your current open requests are listed here. Clicking on the Service Request takes you to the Service Request Detail page, where you can respond to messages from your Service Provider, arrange when the servicing is to be carried out or Cancel the open request.

My Invoices
Outstanding and Recently paid invoices are shown in the My Invoices sections. Here you can review your approaching or overdue payments and click on the Invoice summary to go through to the Invoice detail, where you can review and pay your invoice.
My Jobs
Jobs are created by Service Providers made visible to you when they want to give you visibility of a piece of work and its progress.
View a list of your current Jobs in the Customer Portal and click through to view the Service Provider Portal details and other related information about this Service Provider, including all your current Service Requests, Invoicing information, current Jobs and see a full list of linked Assets and Schedules.
My Customer Portal
The “My Customer Portal” page is your direct link to your Chosen Service Provider. In the “My Customer Portal” page you can manage your payments, Track Jobs and Service Requests, Message your Service Provider and mange connections between your home assets and Schedules.

Summary Statistics
Firstly, you will see a series of charts that describe some useful statistics about your service providers. Expenditure, Invoices, Requests and Jobs are summarised to indicate how much you have spent, and what actions you may have to complete soon.
About My Provider
The About My Provider Sections shows your Providers details, including Name and Address and Business Logo.
From the About Section, you can add or remove this provider from your list of favorites, and send a message
Jobs
The Jobs sections shows a list of all current Jobs shared by this Provider. Each Job can have a list of subtasks, that when marked as completed provide an indication of progress. There is also a corresponding progress bar for a quick visual reference on progress.
My Invoice History
The “My Invoice History” Section contains a list of all your invoices from this Service Provider. Up to 10 previous invoices are shown here, with a …more link at the bottom to take you to a table formatted full list of historical Invoices which you can use for data exports and searches.
Invoices are shown with their Total Value, Payment status and date. Click on any f the listed invoices to show the full details of the Invoice.
My Messages
View your recent messages to this Service Provider and keep up to date with your communications.
Messages are automatically grouped together in this view, and replies are shown as a single thread to help you make sense of you correspondence. Click on the thread to see the full thread and send a reply.
Click on the “…more” to go through to the “Message Centre” and review all your messages with this and other Service Providers.
Linked Items
The Linked Items section shows your Assets and Schedules that are connected to this Service Provider.
Linking an Asset or Schedule to a Service Provider gives them access to view the maintenance history of that Asset or Schedule and allows them to see when your next maintenance event is due.
