Favorite Customers
Any customer can be tagged as a “Favorite” in the Customer Details page, which puts them front and centre of your Customer Dashboard. You most likely have your pool of most active hot customers, so you can set these as your favorites and make sure their information is immediately available with a minimum of clicks.
Top 10 Customer
After the favorites is the top 10 most active customers, based on their recent activity. This is to try to anticipate which customers you are most likely to need information on immediately and save you time.
Customer Explorer
To view all your customers in the “Customer Explorer” click the “…more” link at the bottom of the customers list, or click the “Customer Explorer” button in the top right of the Customer Dashboard.
The Customer Explorer is a dynamic view your customers with key information that can be used to filter and export your customer data for a multitude of purposes.
Switch views that suits your needs:
- Switch between showing your current customers and your potential customers using the toggle.
- Switch between a table formatted list and a map showing the locations of your customers using the other toggle.
Find information fast.
Type any text into the “Search” text box to reveal all matches.
Customer Summary
The Customer Summary section describes your current subscription limits and shows a graphic to visualise how close your are to your limit on the number of active customers.
Search
The search facility in the Customer Dashboard is a great way to search all the data in your customer database. Input some data and search against all your customer data, including all your messages.
Search Results are shown with filter options to limit results to just your Messages or Customer data in case you want to narrow your search.
Customer Pipeline
The Customer Pipeline shows what potential customers you have, and provides advice on making the most from your existing opportunities. This section is still being developed so check back here later for more options.
Approaching activity
Like the Approaching opportunities on the Business Dashboard, except this section will have more emphasis on customer scheduled and assets. This section is still under development so check back later for more options.
Reports
The Reports section contains list of standard templated reports and automatic report options.
Currently the only report available is the Automated monthly report that provides an email of your Invoicing statements for the previous month.
Report features are on the roadmap for further development.
